What Im fed up with
Customers and there need for hand holding when they buy products they have no clue about. I've worked in customer service for the better part of 8 years now, and I hate it. Is that a shock? I understand saying I hate customers means that I hate everyone, but this isnt true. In fact I volunteer two times a month to furthering the education of people in a open forum of thought. It becomes a major headache when people just refuse to think for themselves, and can't look up the resources they need to solve a problem and just ask questions that five minutes of searching online can resolve.
