The secret to making everyone happy

I would say lie and never get caught but this is obviously like evaluating 1+1 = 0 . No the true secret is to be knowledgable and be willing to pick something up and learn about it. It will make your life infinitly easier, and quit making the problem someone elses.

I see this all the time folks and it just doesn't look good for you. This revolves vastly around the whole making something someone elses problem. FFS ( for fuck sakes ) own it, and solve the problem.

Speak out against poor documentation

Im absolutely fed up of the lack of great documentation. Great docs as I call them dont hold your hand but inspire you to look outside of the doc for resources. Why does so much documentation lack this?

What Im fed up with

Customers and there need for hand holding when they buy products they have no clue about. I've worked in customer service for the better part of 8 years now, and I hate it. Is that a shock? I understand saying I hate customers means that I hate everyone, but this isnt true. In fact I volunteer two times a month to furthering the education of people in a open forum of thought. It becomes a major headache when people just refuse to think for themselves, and can't look up the resources they need to solve a problem and just ask questions that five minutes of searching online can resolve.
